Report from Linda Schenk

On Sunday 14th March, we were expected to arrive at Crufts very early to meet our chosen dog breed and their owners. My chosen dog was an American Cocker Spaniel.I got the lovely American Cocker Spaniel bitch “Fielgar Majestic Serenity of Sabisabi” called Tia. She was just 2 years old and it was her 2nd Birthday on the 14th! We had only 1 hour to get acquainted with our dog. At 9.00a.m. the Final began, first of all, handlers had to show their chosen dog and after that we had to change dogs. My second dog was a whippet. With our second dog we were judged again. The winner was not announced until the evening during the Best in Show Parade.

Thank You's

First of all, I would like to thank the owners of Tia for bringing me their wonderful dog for the Junior handling! She did really well, thank you so much! Tia is owned by Sabisabi. Secondly I would like to thank Bea van Zanten, kennel Colorfull’s, for helping me during the last few weeks! And last but not least I would like to thank all of you for giving me the chance to reach this point, for the lovely words you said and supporting me during the days at Crufts!

Judge for the juniorhandling was Mr. Ove Germundsson from Sweden (extrem’s kennel)
